The VOXALERT® VIGInet® control unit is a modular system that takes into account all the constraints of the environment to be secured.

It stays operational in case of failure due to its built-in batteries back up and multiple redundancies.

DISTRIBUTED OR CENTRALISED SOUND DIFFUSION

The VOXALERT® VIGInet® can be associated with a wide range of warning devices, such as loudspeakers and lights.

Depending on the need, it is possible to have a distributed sound diffusion, using medium power loudspeakers spread over the whole site, or centralised in one point, using high power loudspeakers. A hybrid solution is also possible.

ALONE OR IN A NETWORK

Depending on the configuration of the site to be secured and the required sound output power, several VIGInet® units can be interconnected

This network can combine several wire and wireless communication media in order to adapt to the constraints of the environment.

FUNCTIONAL AT ALL TIMES

BATTERY BACK UP

Equipped with an uninterruptible power supply, the batteries take over immediately in case of power failure. Batteries are not used in normal conditions.

MONITORED

Main power, batteries, speaker lines, communication media, sub-assemblies... everything is monitored.

SUPERVISION

The supervision software offers real-time control and management of all the equipments in the installation. An exchange table allows exchanging data with already in place supervision software.

REDUNDANT NETWORK

REDUNDANCY OF COMMUNICATION MEDIA

The use of several media to communicate between two control units ensures that the system remains operational even in case of failure of one media.

RING REDUNDANCY

The optical fibre and twisted pair media allow the ring redundancy.

This ensures that the system remains operational even if one of the links breaks.

REDUNDANCY OF THE COMMUNICATION NODE

If the main control unit containing the communication node is disconnected from the network, the node is automatically rebuilt in another control unit in order to ensure the proper functioning of the rest of the network.

WIDE RANGE OF HORN SPEAKER

Each siren cabinet can power up to 32 medium power horn speakers or 8 high power horn speakers. It is also possible to combine the two types of horn speakers.
