Lous Seurrots Outdoor Hotel (40): major risk alert system

The Lous Seurrots outdoor hotel, located in Saint-Julien-en-Born in the Landes region, is installing SmartVOX® to alert and warn its guests and holidaymakers in the event of major risks.

The requirement: Located in the heart of the Landes forest and just 500 metres from the sea, the Lous Seurrots outdoor hotel welcomes residents and holidaymakers to its 15-hectare site. The outdoor hotel is looking for an effective and easy-to-install alert system to warn and notify guests in the event of natural and major hazards (floods, fires, storms, etc.).

The solution: Following sound tests carried out on site, 6 SmartVOX® units have been positioned in key areas of the outdoor hotel to ensure effective sound and voice transmission from the radio-based voice alarms.

The technical manager at the Lous Seurrots outdoor hotel has opted for a 6-button control panel and two 4-button remote controls to activate the various lighting scenes remotely.

The various voice messages were produced and configured by ae&t’s engineering department and can be modified at any time via an app available on PC and mobile devices.

The system includes alerts for major risks, flooding, fire and weather conditions.

The Lous Seurrots outdoor hotel has approved the SmartVOX® audible and voice alarms as an effective, customisable and scalable alert solution.
