Our CSR journey began in 2020 with the collaborative development of our very first roadmap. This initially took the form of a three-year plan structured around four priority areas, aimed at transforming our habits, both collectively and individually. Between 2023 and 2025, we reached a new milestone by expanding our ambitions.
We are now embarking on our third cycle of commitments through 2028, refocused on three major pillars with ambitious goals.
To ensure we meet our commitments, we conduct a dedicated review every six months.
This trajectory demonstrates that a CSR approach is accessible to all organizations: simple, concrete actions can spark real change! Examples include engaging in dialogue and co-creating with stakeholders, providing all partners with more information and expertise, and strengthening our impact on the local community…
