TRACKING UNSUBSCRIPTIONS

An annual email is sent out at the beginning of January to send our best wishes. This is sent to all of our contacts in the PROGINOV database. This email allows us to track unsubscriptions using the BREVO email tool.

UPDATING INFORMATION IN PROGINOV (ERP)

Our PROGINOV database is updated with information from BREVO on unsubscriptions and hard bounces.

This update is carried out every three months: February/May/August/November.
